Staff were super attentive, especially a kind young lady who checked in regularly. Breakfast was delicious, although the limited menu required pre-ordering the night before. The room was clean and comfortable, though I noticed some minor wear and tear like thin towels. A lack of lift could be an issue for those carrying lots of luggage, with plenty of stairs to navigate. Overall, good value for money, but a bit of redecoration would go a long way in improving the experience!

Had a fantastic 5-night stay! The staff arranged our transfers and laundry Breakfast was delicious, and our Beautiful Double Room was clean and comfy. It’s close enough to the center for a stroll, yet quiet for relaxing nights.

The hotel offers a great base to stroll around and discover amazing nearby attractions like the Cantonese Assembly Hall and the Sa Huynh Culture Museum, keeping your adventures just a short walk away. i also loved the family-like atmosphere created by the warm and helpful staff, making my stay here feel truly enjoyable.

We had minor hiccups with our room allocation at check-in, which meant we stayed in a less ideal room for the first night.

This was just an appropriate option for spending a night in Hoi An with very good value for money. The staff were super friendly and helped arrange some great local tours. If you need a quiet place to recharge after a day out, this works just fine.
